After go-live, every transcript is reviewable in your admin dashboard. You'll occasionally spot an answer you want Clare to phrase differently, or a question she didn't quite nail.
In-app edit. Go to your admin dashboard, find the FAQ, and update the answer. Changes go live within minutes.
Slack or email. If you don't want to log in, just message your onboarding lead with the correction. We'll apply it and confirm.
Bulk updates. New pricing, a new service line, updated hours — send the change, we push it in one pass.
Retraining. For major changes (new location, brand refresh) we schedule a short retraining call to regenerate Clare's system prompt.
