Rev-Nova.AI connects to the calendar your business already uses. The AI sees availability only — never your private events — and writes new appointments directly into the correct calendar.
Step 1 — Pick a source calendar. Most customers use their main business calendar. If you have multiple providers, pick the one that drives your dispatch or front-desk schedule.
Step 2 — Authorize. From your portal, click Connect Calendar and complete the OAuth flow. You can disconnect anytime; we never persist credentials.
Step 3 — Set rules. Tell us which appointment types Clare can book, how long each slot should be, and any buffer time (e.g. 15 minutes between bookings).
Step 4 — Test call. Call your AI phone number and book a fake appointment. Confirm it lands on the right calendar with the right details.
Troubleshooting. If events aren't showing up, check that the authorized calendar is the one Clare writes to. We can swap it for you in seconds.
