My chatbot isn't appearing on my website

Make sure the embed snippet is placed just before the closing </body> tag. Check the browser console for any script errors, and confirm your website's Content Security Policy allows scripts from cdn.rev-nova.ai.

Calls are not being forwarded to my AI phone number

Verify your carrier's call-forwarding is active and pointed at the number in your portal. Some carriers require a 30-minute propagation window after the first configuration. Still stuck? Submit a ticket and we will jump on a call.

AI is giving incorrect answers about my business

The AI learns from your training material. If an answer is wrong, reply with the exact question + preferred answer and we will update the training within 24 hours. Most corrections take effect live within minutes of retraining.

I need to update my business hours or services

Email sales@rev-nova.ai with the change. We update your AI's knowledge base manually today — self-service edits are on our roadmap.

Billing did not process / I need a receipt
