Setup Fees
Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun on your AI system configuration. If you cancel before setup begins you will receive a full refund of your setup fee.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started. You may cancel your subscription at any time and service will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Free Trial / Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days of your subscription we will issue a full refund of your first monthly payment. No questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at sales@rev-nova.ai with:
- Your name
- Order number
- Reason for refund request
We will respond within 24 hours and process approved refunds within 5–7 business days.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after setup is completed
- Failure to use the service
- Issues caused by third-party platforms
