Refund Policy

30-Day Setup-Fee Guarantee

Every one-time setup fee comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, tell us within 30 days of paying the setup fee and we will refund the setup fee in full — no questions asked.

• It covers every one-time setup fee: the AI Chatbot ($499), the AI Phone Receptionist ($999), the combined chatbot + phone setup ($1,297), the Complete Package ($1,997, including the website build), and the one-time Website Design fee ($997).
• The refund is the amount you actually paid — if you received the founding-customer 50% discount, that discounted amount is refunded.
• The 30 days run from the date the setup fee was charged.
• When a setup fee is refunded, the related subscription is cancelled: it stays live until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and nothing further is charged. The AI receptionist, chatbot, or website that the refunded fee paid for is taken down at that point. (Cancelling later, without a refund, you keep your website.)

Monthly Subscriptions

Subscriptions are month to month with no contract. Monthly fees are billed in advance and are not refundable once a billing period has started, including the first month. You can cancel at any time, with no notice period — through the billing portal linked from your account page or by email — and your services stay live until the end of the period you have paid for, with no further charges. We do not refund the unused part of a month.

Usage Charges

Phone minutes beyond the allowance included in your plan (billed at the per-minute rate on the pricing page, currently $0.35) and other usage-based charges reflect costs already incurred and are not refundable.

How to Request a Refund

Email billing@rev-nova.ai (or sales@rev-nova.ai) with:

• Your name and business name
• The receipt or invoice number from Stripe (or the email address on the account)
• What you would like refunded — feedback is welcome but not required

We reply within one business day. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Not Covered

• Setup-fee refund requests made more than 30 days after the setup fee was charged
• Monthly subscription fees for a billing period that has started, and usage charges
• Fees paid to third parties on your behalf that cannot be recovered (for example a phone number you asked us to buy and keep)
• Accounts closed for breach of our Terms of Service

If you dispute a charge, please contact us first — we resolve almost everything within a day, and a refund is faster than a chargeback.
