Billing and payments FAQ

Payment processing, invoice questions, refunds, plan changes, and how our billing cycle works.

When am I billed? On the same calendar day each month, starting the day you subscribed. Annual customers are billed once per year.

What payment methods do you accept? Credit card, debit card, and ACH. All card processing runs through our secure payment provider — we never see or store your card details.

Can I change plans? Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Do you offer refunds? We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on setup fees. Subscription fees are refunded for the unused portion of the current period if you cancel.

Can I pause my subscription? Yes, you can pause for up to 60 days. Your data and configuration are preserved.

How do I update my card? Log into your portal → Account → Payment Methods. Or reply to any billing email and we will send you a direct update link.
